Lumin and China will Win the Battle Agaist COVID-19

Dear Customers

China is suffering from COVID-19 since Chinese new year holiday in January. This is a severe natural disaster in the past 20 years in China. We spend a very special Chinese new year holiday. During that time, we stay at home and keep healthy.

There is no doubt that COVID-19 will affect our normal life and work during these days greatly.  To prevent Convid-19 from spreading, our government announced all enterprises will remain closed till February 9. Actually we prepare to work on Febuary 17 due to local regulations. 

Thanks to China government's effective control measures, COVID-19 has been udner control very well. Death cases and suspected cases are dropping down very much in March. China is determined and capable of winning the battle against the coronavirus. We all take it seriously and follow the government's instructions to contain the spread of the virus. The atmosphere around remains optimistic to some extent. The epidemic will be eventually controlled and killed. It is estimated by the authority that COVID-19 will disappear at the end of April completely.

Here, we have to say sorry to our majority of customers about order delivery. A lot of orders are delayed as the supply chain of manufacturing incuding raw material, logistics and other support systems in China does not get recovered 100% fully yet.  Apparently the coronavirus issue will not be resolved shortly, and we are as worried as you that the schedule of your order maybe change due to the delay of production. However, Lumin will think about all possible solutions to finish delivery as much as we can in this situation.  We'll keep tracking the status of the order try our best to expedite. Anyway, we will keep you posted for any progress. Thanks all for your understanding and patience, really.
 

Regarding your scheduled factory inspection, to avoid any negative impact, we suggest that you consider delaying your trip to China before May. And we can support your factory visit through VR or video, or Instant messenger such as What'sapp, Wechat, Skype.

By the way, Lumin is taking very serious measures to protect our staff from COVID-19 effection at any time. Every day, we will give one fresh surgical mask to our workers and staff. At the same time, we will make a record on the body temperature by IR theometer twice every day. Most importantly, we will spray disinfector regulary at the every corner of the factory to make sure our working places are safe for workers.

Regretfully, COVID-19 is hitting some countries such as Italy, Spain, USA, South Korea, Japan. It seems to be spreading around the world. We sincerely hope that please take good care of you and your families by taking protective measures such as wearing mask.

At last, we will win the battle against COVID-19 by global cooperation without doubt, and we will speepd recovery of supply chain to fullfill order delivery as soon as possible.If you need, we can provide facemasks, procurement channels for protective supplies.
